This year, we were thrilled to once again host the Tzivos Hashem Matzah Bakery, a highlight of the year that gives our students the chance to become bakers for the day. Dressed in their baker’s hats and aprons, the students participated in the entire matzah-making process, from the initial winnowing of the flour to the final step of baking.

The event is designed to replicate the authentic atmosphere of a traditional matzah bakery, with separate flour and water cubicles to ensure a genuine experience. As always, the students had a fantastic time preparing for Pesach, engaging in this hands-on activity that is both educational and enjoyable. It was a memorable and interactive way for our students to connect with the traditions of Pesach.
