In honour of the upcoming Yom Tov of Rosh Hashanah, Mr. Shenker, a local beekeeper, visited our students for a hands-on workshop about the fascinating world of bees!

He shared his expertise on honey production and candle making, captivating our students with the intricate process. Everyone had the chance to watch how honey is harvested and even tried their hand at making their own beautiful candles. This engaging activity highlighted key aspects of SMSC and encouraged teamwork and creativity.To top it off, each student left with a pot of delicious honey to enjoy at home.
